The International Ambassador Scholarship is a scholarship offered specially by the University of Southampton for students from Japan, South Korea, Thailand and Norway. The scholarship is granted by the Winchester School of Art and would be in form of fee deductions.

The Southampton International Ambassador Scholarship is worth £5,000 and is available for up to 4 students from Japan, South Korea, Thailand and Norway. This Scholarship recognises outstanding students who wish to act as an ambassador for the School.
Please send in a completed application form once an offer of a place has been secured on your chosen programme.
These Scholarships will be awarded by the Faculty Associate Director of Internationalisation.
The Postgraduate Taught Talent Scholarship is for students from Japan, South Korea, Thailand and Norway with excellent academic standing.
Students from these areas may apply for other available scholarships in the University but can only be granted one scholarship at a time.
How to Apply for the International Ambassador Scholarship by University of Southampton
Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are to send in a completed application form once an offer of a place has been secured on their chosen programme. Application forms can be downloaded from the University’s official website.
Applications must be sent by post or email. All applicants are required to have attached in their applications, a 500 word personal statement containing: Evidence of academic or career progression and any professional achievement; How the MA Design: Management pathway would enhance your career prospect.
Only successful students will be notified if they have been awarded a scholarship. These students will receive an official reward letter to the email address provided on their scholarship application form.
