Griffith University in Australia offers the Griffith International Undergraduate Excellence Scholarships to outstanding international high school graduates applying for undergraduate studies at Griffith University.

The Griffith International Undergraduate Excellence Scholarships is open to citizens of any country of the world other than Australia and New Zealand. All undergraduate courses (excluding online, non-award and offshore delivery courses), are eligible for the scholarship. Applicants must have newly begun a program or are hoping to gain admission into Griffith University.
A maximum of one scholarship each will be awarded annually to applicants for the following degrees: Bachelor of Medical Science, Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science, Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Technology, Bachelor of Exercise Science, Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics, Bachelor of Pharmacy, Bachelor of Science Advanced with Honours.
A period of two semesters is covered by this award. The award value amounts to $10,000 in total. Two payments of $5000 will be made towards each recipient’s tuition fees in the first and second semester of the first year of their program.
Applicants for the Griffith International Undergraduate Excellence Scholarships must:
- Have applied to Griffith University and satisfy all appropriate entry requirements for a chosen degree program and English language proficiency as per Griffith University’s Undergraduate Entry Requirements

- Be new students at Griffith University; the scholarship does not apply to already existing students
How to apply for the Griffith University Australia International Excellence Scholarships for Undergraduate Students
applications for the Griffith International Undergraduate Excellence Scholarships are made online. You will be required to provide: A) a certified/attested true copy of supporting documentation demonstrating strong academic merit as outlined in Eligibility section; B) two letters of reference addressing demonstrated leadership ability and personal character; and C) a personal statement which includes why the applicant has applied for the scholarship and the selected program of study.
There are three application trimesters – for Trimester 1, Trimester 2 and Trimester 3. All applications for Trimester 1 and Trimester 2 are already closed. Application for Trimester 3 will close on Friday, 30 June 2017 (for 30 October 2017 commencement).
